Our aim is to provide the industry with a safe, professional and fully qualified built environment construction workforce. In order to support this growth we will train and develop our own workforce through our newly created apprenticeship scheme, to complement our competent and experience workers.
We work in collaboration with a variety of contractors so that we can provide apprentices with ‘job ready’ experience, whilst giving them the opportunity to work on a range of different sites. This allows the apprentice to raise their profile amongst a variety of hiring managers, which further enhances their career prospects and helps to secure long-term employment at the end of the apprenticeship.

We recruit for Local Authorities, Housing Associations, Service Contractors, Hospitals, and Social Housing Contractors.
