EQuality Assured is a comprehensive certification programme that helps develop and maintain effective equality, diversity and inclusion [EDI] outcomes. The programme provides an inclusion best practice framework and support implemented by highly qualified EDI advisors. Regular reviews assess practices, procedures and processes to ensure that the company consistently achieve or exceed our EDI objectives.
The audit process looked for evidence that the company was committed to equality, diversity and inclusion. The report found that the company has excelled in specific areas relating to its strategy of recruiting from a diverse array of backgrounds. The report also found that the company had effectively implemented a people management policy and has a ‘solid commitment to making sure things are fair’ and focused on developing employees.
