Auctus Management Celebrates 5 Years of Workforce Safety

Auctus Management Group (AMG) Limited, one of the UK’s leading providers of workplace solutions, is this year celebrating its 5th anniversary.

In 2012 co-founders Richard Toy, CEO of Auctus Management Group Limited, Sean Harrison, Managing Director, and Peter Thompson, Rail Director, set out with a vision to challenge the status quo and the traditional processes that the rail sector had employed in the past. These standards were introduced in a bygone era that are still ingrained within the industry’s culture and are impeding on the sectors ability to improve levels of safety and grow.

Over the course of the last 5 years, AMG has committed itself to developing and investing in new industry-leading technology, such as the Automatic Track Warning System and Magnetic Barrier Fencing, as well as personnel from different backgrounds that bring fresh ideas to industry. This has allowed clients to experience significant cost savings, improve efficiency and productivity whilst ensuring that they meet Network Rail’s mandate of ‘Everyone Home Safe Everyday’.

As part of this commitment, The Groups first acquisition was RSS INFRASTRUCTURE (RSS) Limited, a specialist in providing railway services such as Track Warning Systems, Signalling and Contingent Labour. The company’s dedication to providing outstanding levels of performance and service has seen its turnover increase from £600,000 to more than £7 million in just 5 years.

To support the company’s growth INFRA Skills Limited was created in 2013. The core function of this business was to provide the training and development of new and existing talent, initially for the development of RSS. The company has since expanded its course portfolio and now delivers a range of commercial training and assessment services to the rail sector and has built a blue-chip client base as a result of the Groups outstanding service-delivery record.

“AMG is driven by the desire to constantly push new boundaries and improve safety and productivity,” explained Richard Toy, CEO of AMG. “Our strategy has enabled us to foster a culture of innovation. Over the past 5 years, AMG has continued to diversify its service delivery portfolio, meaning that we are able to provide clients with a tailored solution that focuses on providing customers with a cost-effective solution combined with fantastic customer service that will greatly improve workforce safety.”
