Richard Toy, CEO of Auctus Management Group and Colonel Richard Maybery, Deputy Commander of 11th Signal and West Midlands Brigade co-signed Auctus’ enhanced Armed Forces Covenant at Auctus Management Group’s Head Office in Birmingham. The Armed Forces Covenant is a voluntary pledge from businesses who wish to demonstrate their support for the Armed Forces community.
Auctus Management Group was established in May 2012 and delivers a range of services to support and maintain the UK’s Infrastructure. They provide people solutions to their clients who require skilled, reliable and transient workforces. The group is made up of Rail Safety Solutions (RSS); Auctus Workforce Solutions (AWS); Auctus Training Solutions; and Auctus Apprenticeship Training Agency.
The organisation currently employs nine Armed Forces personnel and with the training and support the Armed Forces provides to its personnel, and the signing of the Covenant, buy cialis in usa they are hoping to attract more members of the Armed Forces to work with them.
Auctus currently attend careers fairs to recruit and train former Service personnel into rail. They also have a training contract with the Career Transition Partnership to deliver rail training. They have a commitment to recruit, train and develop from the widest talent pool available, and regard the signing of the Covenant as a way to reinforce their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) commitment.
